Clare Sadler has been excellent from start to finish. A few weeks after we set up our facility it became clear that the limit wasn't going to be big enough for where the business was heading. Clare had already spotted this and checked in with us before we had to raise it, then helped us increase the facility quickly and with no fuss at all. What stood out most was that she was always on hand, including out of hours, which we never expected from a finance provider. It never felt like a box-ticking exercise. Clare genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for us as a growing small business. Would happily recommend Novuna Business Cash Flow to any business looking for a partner rather than just a lender.

Really poor customer service. They do not care about customers at all. Nouvuna finance my business car ane its had issues since i have had the car (jaecoo j7) the car has had so many faults.The car came to a complete stop on a duel carridgeway at 50mph was very scary. The child safety lock stopped working sp my disabled child was able to open the door. All i was given was a £25 good will gesture which was an insult. I have given both novuna and jaecoo uk over a year and a half to reject this car which i brought brand new in March 2025. Staff are so rude. I have now gone to the media because they are putting my life and my kids life at risk. I was surprised how quick the media replied back to me.

Novuna have been amazing in terms of service when Ive needed support as a new customer. Ian Blake has been at the end of the phone or an email since day one and has been extremely helpful. Cost wise I am confident we are saving however it is early days for us. The platform is simple to navigate and communication has been great.

Her attention to detail, and project management was second to none. I felt confident in her ability throughout the process. When I didn't understand something, she really took the time to help me understand. There were numerous conversations, sometimes on a daily basis, which I appreciated.
