like a lot of people I was very nervous about looking into equity release and I have heard some horror stories too. So I contacted 3 companies which is my standard operating procedure when I'm not familiar with the industry or the product. I have to say Steve Eddolls at Bower was head and shoulders above the other two people we spoke to. he took his time to listen to our concerns and understood what we wanted and he went through the process in great detail and kept us updated every step of the way.

A Good service. Very smooth without any problems. Explained everything very well and answered all questions fully.

John was very helpful and guided us through what could have been a complicated lengthy process. Any questions were answered clearly and quickly so that we felt we knew what was happening at each stage. An initial issue with the mortgage company was resolved promptly and he helped us find a more suitable company to replace them. Overall, very happy with the assistance we were given, the people involved and the eventual outcome.

No complaints what so ever. Our financil advisor visited us several times and clearly explained our options and, once we had decided to move forward, the remainder of the process moved very quickly. The requested funds were deposited into our account within days. Well done to the whole team.
