Service is good but a website where we could pay online would be easier than having to always call with our details to pay, for example a link to click to pay would be more user friendly.

fast and efficient service

I thought it was straight forward and had no problems last year. One month before my renewal I was happy to renew my insurance for the following year. I did this with no problems. However I received dozens of automated emails telling me my insurance is going to run out and I won’t be covered. This caused so much confusion. The company told me to ignore the emails but I was receiving them multiple times a day until my first years insurance expired. It was so frustrating and annoying and ultimately not reassuring at all.
