  • How do I leave a review?

    Search for the business you wish to leave a review for and click the 'Write A Review' button.

  • Why do I need an account to leave a review?

    In order to prevent abuse we require an account so that verification checks can be carried out. All reviews must be verified before being published.

  • What do I need to verifiy my review?

    Verification is simple, we ask questions such as an order number, copy of receipt/confirmation, a photo of the product.

  • Do I earn incentives?

    There are two types of rewards; Rated Stores loyalty points and incentives provided directly by the company. Loyalty points are awarded for each verified review left and incentives are provided from time to time by a business. Offers are only avaliable for genuine customers and typically notification is provided by email.

  • What can I do with loyalty points?

    Loyalty points are given for each eligible review and can be used to redeem cash and/or crypto offers.
