    In order to prevent abuse we require an account so that verification checks can be carried out. All reviews must be verified before being published to ensure the community can trust the feedback.

    Authenticity is our priority. Every reviewer is required to provide a form of proof, such as an order number, a copy of a receipt, or a photo of the product received. This ensures every review on our platform represents a genuine customer experience.

  • Can I edit or delete my review?

    Yes, you can edit or delete your reviews at any time from your account dashboard. Please note that edited reviews may go through a brief re-verification process.

    We love rewarding consistency and honesty. As you leave more verified reviews, you'll unlock exclusive badges (like 'Verified Expert' or 'Photo Contributor') and hit milestones that grant you loyalty point multipliers and early access to partner offers.

    There are two types of rewards; Rated Stores loyalty points and incentives provided directly by the company. Loyalty points are awarded for each verified review left and incentives are provided from time to time by a business. Offers are only avaliable for genuine customers and typically notification is provided by email.

    Loyalty points are given for each eligible review and can be used to redeem cash and/or crypto offers from our partner network.

  • My points haven't been credited

    Points are credited once a review is fully verified and published. This usually takes 24-48 hours. If they still aren't showing, please contact support.
