Excellent and very professional.

I service I got from Josh and Elizabeth was exemplary. In an industry full of scam horror stories, I cannot recoemmend them highly enough. They are totally honest and transparent.

Hopelessly bad at communications, so how does one know if they are technically competent.No responses to many attempts at communication, do not even pick up their phones!

I moved from the UK to France in 1993, and left behind me a personal pension scheme with the Prudential. In 2025 I wanted to to be able to access this pension and start making withdrawals. However, I found it very difficult to communicate with the Prudential, and after two months of fruitless efforts I was feeling rather deflated. I contacted Harrison Brook, and one of their financial advisers, Joshua Maunder, replied to me within 24 hours. I was able to explain my situation to Josh, who assured me he could arrange to transfer my Prudential pension to a new provider where I could access it as needed with flexible drawdown. Josh always answered all my questions via online meetings, and his colleague Elizabeth Fallon kept me up to date on all the administrative requirements. Josh was thoroughly excellent right from day one, and my pension was transferred and accessible two months after our first contact. If anyone is in the same position as I was, I certainly recommend going to Harrison Brook.

I had an issue with my UK pension provider, as an expat they wanted nothing to do with me, they made communication difficult, I felt deflated and alone. I contacted pensionwise in the UK and they gave me some basic info, and I contacted some financial advisors. I don’t have a huge amount to claim but some companies were quite negative in their response, a couple arranged meetings and didn’t show, others didn’t follow up or continue with the process past the initial meeting. Luckily I found HB, I found their approach straight forward. My assigned advisor , Stuart, provided simple, well explained and humorous advice in an easily understandable manner. I regret not finding HB sooner.

I received a very good service, and was kept informed when I was transferring my pension. I do appreciate that they are busy and sometimes are not as quick as they would like to be, especially if certain documents need to be produced.
