Nothing but bad experiences from this company. Everything i ordered on the Cycle2work scheme was showing in stock on their website but had constant back and forths of stock unavailability. Also had problems due to their usual courier not being able to deliver to Scotland, they did sort this problem though. No updates on anything provided unless i emailed them for one. No mention of the bike being out of stock without me asking for the expected delivery date, and again when i asked for a further update, the colour i ordered hadn't arrived so had to change that also. Avoid this company unless you have the patience of a saint.

I purchased an ebike from this company, having never used them before, via my company 'cycle to work' scheme. This company helped me navigate through the process and kept me updated until the bike arrived. Since then, their aftersales have also been incredible, supporting me with multiple queries and helping me to claim on my warranty. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company as a trustworthy and quality operator.

Amazing yet again, I have had 3 e-bikes and a scooter from ecobike company, ive had a Bgb buffalo alpha, legend etna, a ampere go scooter, and now a ampere hilux pro, the company have always been knowledgeable and easy to get hold of via chat on website, phone or email great customer service, i have had 2 issues both dealt with amazingly the legend etna the lock broke on the battery after a couple of months phoned up within a week i had a replacement lock at my door shipped from Spain and a manual on how to install correctly, and when i ordered my newest bike the ampere hilux not my initial choice but had a call from jarrad explaining there was a issue with my original choice as supplier wasn't available in UK and straight away had a recommendation for a alternative which i went with. The only thing i would say that could be improved is communication via updates as all other deliveries had been within a week and this one has been 3 due to issue ampere delivered in 2 days, maybe i could of been updated rather than ask for updates on chat maybe a quick text/email. other than that great job again by Jarrad and Sam and always make the ordering process easy

Well where to start! The bike arrived quickly and well packaged. Took about 20/30 mins to check over and attach pedals adjust seat lights etc. First ride didn't know what to expect! And wow I was impressed this bike is such a lovely bike to ride even without the pedal assist it rides with ease. Bought for commuting to work my old mechanical bike it used to take me 20/25 mins and arrived a sweaty mess the juicy it's cut my travel time down to 15 mins. Cycling into a headwind is no longer an issue I live on the southwest coast (there's always wind) and you can barely notice it. Well made and solid frame would definitely recommend to anyone looking at purchasing to bite the bullet and do it you won't regret it!.

Purchased 2 Ampere Electric bikes via Eco Bike company. Great communication and advice from both Eco Bike and Ampere. Bikes only a week old, but they look amazing and have been great to cycle. Was concerned ordering online and local bike company discouraged but to date customer service has been faultless. Would highly recommend from my own experience. Thank you very much.

Bought ampere trail x great bike great service will definitely use again

I am only 5ft and struggled to ride my old folding e-bike any real distance as it was so slow- however I have just purchased the 16 inch Amphere Delux and it’s absolutely a dream to ride! It’s so light and responsive- happy days!!!!

I ordered my first e bike through the cycle2work scheme from the ecobike company (with the help of Jarred). The customer service was second to none. Jarred helped me through every step of the way. I'm now eagerly awaiting my new bike like a kid at christmas. Thank you so much everyone at the ecobike company, especially Jarred.

I love my bike… it has continued to be efficient and a great buy; finishing paying for it this month on 0 percent interest…. No brainer excellent value and great to ride…. Did 26 miles pub lunch and 26 mile return! 😍

I purchased an Ampere eBike for my wife a few days ago. It arrived right in the middle of the specified delivery period, well boxed and exactly as advertised. The bike itself is great but the weather here has been atrocious so my wife hasn't been out on it yet. Emails were answered promptly and I even got a follow up phone call to ensure I was happy with everything. I'd definitely use EcoBike Company again.

I purchased a legend Etna and accessories and bike is amazing, all accessories are of really good quality and when I was purchasing staff where amazing. When I received the goods I realised the waterproof jacket I had ordered was to small I ordered a large as I’m medium to large in clothing tops so guessed it would be the same. I phoned eco bikes they said we would have to get back to you I sent a message on there chat no one got back to me so have to say after service was not there with this company as this was in November/December and it’s now the end of February. very disappointing as it’s the second bike I purchased

Had a problem finding a cover for my controller,I got in touch with Katie ateco bike company and she got in touch with the manufacturers in Spain and she got me. one would not of dune it with out her she was brilliant

Bought an Ampere step through for my wife hoping that it will help her to be more mobile after cancer treatment and now having had it for a few months can give it a review.Service from Ecobike was brilliant and the bike arrived very well packaged and the shop were also excellent with providing panniers for the bike as well.The bike is very easy to use and battery holds the charge very well,wife wouldn't be without it. Nice to come across a company that offers excellent customer service. Thanks ECOBIKE.
