Kristina has been excellent, very fast response to every email and question we sent. The whole process has been seamless from the initial contact through to Chalet recommendations, booking the trip, flights, ski hire and lift passes, plus changing a few passengers along the way. Sorting out payment links to all the party members was simple and an easy process. We will definitely use SNO again for our next Ski trip, plus looking at a big group summer holiday next too 🙌
