I would not buy from here again nor recommend buying from here again. I ordered a new watch and received a clearly returned item with damage to packaging and protective stick. I was given the option to return it but declined due to inconvenience and delivery cost. The watch itself was in perfect condition but I was still left disappointed to not receive an expected brand new item, especially considering the cost. Customer service was responsive and delivery was quick.

Was after these trainers for a while but did not like the price tag. Managed to find them on StartFitness at a more reasonable price. They came quite quickly and I even got a free pair of socks with my order. You can really do some good deals with StartFitness. Thank you for a great service and reasonable price.

I bought a lovely pair of Inov8 boots, they came up smaller than expected so I sent them back for an exchange, initial delivery fast, returns process took a little while longer. Was anticipating and happy to pay a charge for return to cover postage etc, somehow that didn’t happen, still willing tho. Overall very happy

I've been wearing Brooks Launch for around 10 years now, back when they were Ravenna. The latest iteration has a super spongey inside, focused more on the heal than I remember previously. I'm a toe striker bug still find them incredibly light and comfortable. They do seem stiffer on the foot overall with a higher heel but feel great. I bought them from Start Fitness at a reasonable price. They also offered Klarna so I'm paying through instalments and got a free pair of running socks. I always shop around and Start have been the most competitive for at least 8 of those 10 years.

Only recently discovered start fitness, great company to buy from with great offers and discounts but you have to be quick to get your size. Super comfortable, lightweight trainers from the outset. Sized up 1/2 size as is the case with all my previous Merrell footwear. . Great looking trainer as well, they look great with a pair ofjeans as well as on the hills...not sure they will be long lasting if you just pound pavements though as the sole material feels a lot softer than other Merrells that I've had. Have bought loafs of stuff for my hols since with the same great service...

The trainer's arrived crushed, the left one has defects. I've had to roll up socks to put inside the shoe's to try and straighten them out. I was going to send them back but my partner threw the box away with the receipt in it. This is last time i order anything from start fitness.

I love these boots. I have wide feet and they fit perfectly. They’re lightweight, with a great tread and a good midsole.
