Vintage have looked after us for many years now and we trust them completely to make sure everything is done to our satisfaction. Any problems we have they sort it (not that we have encountered many over the years)
Great service for many years!
I appreciate being able to speak to someonewho knows the holiday property I am hoping to book and can answer any queries I may have. Also, it is so nice to call back and speak to the same person who remembers me from my previous call. These details mean a lot to me when I am booking a holiday and are very reassuring.
Personal, and always easily contactable. Friendly and knowledgeable. Responsive to our queries and feedback. We find the highly effective and professional, which is why we have used them time and time again. My wife refers to them as our Trailfinders (who we also use) for villas. I agree - they are.

I haven't travelled with them for a few years but Vintage travel have been very helpful in assisting me with a booking for a holiday next year.

Great service, especially as it was a last minute booking (and our first with Vintage Travel). Communication was excellent throughout, and the property (Le Brame in south west France) was wonderful. We will definitely be booking again!
