Bought two head nets before travelling to an area known for midges. These were the best price and also reasonable postage costs. Very quick delivery. Fully recyclable & sturdy paper packaging, no plastic. Really pleased and would definitely look at New Forest Clothing again for outdoor wear and accessories in the future

Fast, responsive customer service

Introduced to this company through ~Test Valley Hunt Point Retrieve Club after receiving a prize in their Working Test. Ordered some gear and it arrived the next gear unfortnately I'd made a mistake at checkout and ordered all the wrong sizes. Sent them back straight away to get the correct ones using their free returns procesd, as soon as they were checked in at the post office I was sent a message to say the correct sizes had been despatched - great service thankyou really pleased with the gear.

Disappointing experience. The item that arrived didn’t really look like the picture on the website, so I decided to return it for a refund. I was then informed that I had to pay return postage and would not receive a refund for the original delivery charge. As a result, I ended up nearly £6 out of pocket simply because I didn’t want to exchange the item. As a first-time customer, this has left a poor impression and I won’t be ordering again

I recently bought the Jack Pyke Ashcombe Flat Cap and I'm very pleased with it. The fit is excellent – true to size and comfortable enough to wear for long periods without feeling tight or loose. The cap is also very well constructed, with quality stitching and sturdy materials that give it a premium feel. Overall, it's a stylish, comfortable, and durable flat cap that I would happily recommend.
