A trip of a lifetime with my daughter. Thanks to Tracey it was flawless! We visited Victoria Falls in Zimbabue, Pilanesberg National Park, Mauritius and Johannesburg with planes in 14 days. A bit complicated but we were able to see and visit everything we had our hearts set into. All the accomodations, the transfers, the food was 5 stars and we felt very safe and very well taken care of. I would highly recommend Tracey to everybody!

I could not recommend Paul or the team at Travel Butlers enough. The amount of help, advice and guidance given for each trip itinerary is exquisite, and I have never known organisation like it! We were probably his most difficult customers of 2023, if not the decade (not that he would ever say so) and we were still made to feel as if nothing was too much trouble. Paul painstakingly curated no less than 6 variations of our South African holiday, until we reached the perfect balance. We also had to change passenger details shortly before the trip, which was done without fuss, and the final email containing everything in one place was invaluable. He was kind and honest where other agents had flat out refused to provide a quote, and his firsthand experience of the sites we visited were invaluable. Everything was seamless, the guides on the transfers went out of their way to ensure we saw plenty of wildlife, even just to and from the airport and lodge. Our meet and greet at OR Tambo was also exceptional, and we couldn’t have asked for kinder people to help us with our journey. Overall we took 6 internal flights, stayed in 3 different places with 2 hire cards and covered from Knysna to Kruger. Nothing was lost, and nothing went wrong! Just our two nights at Sabi Sands was enough for us to spot 7 leopards (including a cub!) Countless elephants, rhino, hippo, lions, hyenas, monkeys, zebra, giraffe and so many types of antelope. We went with modest expectations that we might not see much, and how wrong we were. The staff, drivers and spotters at Elephant Plains were fantastic, the small site creates a special atmosphere that makes you feel part of their wonderful family, and whilst we saw everything in our two nights, we didn’t want to leave. Our lodge at Forever Resort, Blyde Canyon had a magnificent view, and it was really well located to see the rest of the stops on the Panorama Route. I don’t know how many times we said “thank you Paul” on the trip, but it was at least 3/4 times a day. Even the hire cars were perfect to secure all our luggage whilst pit stopping viewpoints! If you are thinking of booking a holiday of a lifetime for you then you will not be disappointed if you contact Travel Butlers, by far and away the best travel agent I have ever used, and wouldn’t book through anyone else if (when) we return to Africa! Once again, thank you Paul for truly organising such a wonderful time, with memories that will last forever.

We first used Travel Butlers 4 years ago in planning our first trip to South Africa. It was AMAZING. We knew right then and there when we got married, it was going to be in South Africa and we were going to use Travel Butlers. We planned the wedding for over two years using Tracy's help. There were 17 of us in the group and she was able to keep everything organized. She also worked with the lodge where the ceremony was to organize the wedding day. It was the most magical day of my life and am so thankful we had Tracy and Travel Butlers to assist us in our journey.
