We have just returned from an incredible holiday. Becky Theriault, our point of contact at Best Served Scandinavia, organised everything perfectly. Communication was always quick and efficient ensuring that our holiday went smoothly and we had the confidence to travel widely. Our hotels were fantastic. Highlights were many fold but Flam and the Flam railway, the boat from Flam to Gudvangen, Mount Floyen, Pulpit rock and the Lysefjord were right up there in terms of seeing natural beauty.

Fantastic experience booking our holiday to Finnish Lapland with Best Served Scandinavia. The itinerary was brilliant and exceeded expectations. The whole booking process was easy and we were kept up to date with everything. They even sent a personalised package for everything included with our trip and sorted everything. Best Served contacted our hotel and helped to add on activities for our time in Finnish Lapland. Thank you for helping with the holiday of a lifetime. One that I’ll never forget.

We spoke to Ian who listened, advised, tweaked, planned our itinerary to perfection, he also booked our flights(2 each way), our private tranfers (3), our accommodation (2 and our tours (7). Our flights was on time and comfortable. Our first accommodation was The Clarion The Edge in Tromso, Norway and it was a perfect location for us as our tour meeting points was over the road or a 5 minute walk (5 tours) the accommodation was clean, comfortable and we had breakfast included which was a really nice full English but had plenty of options available. Our transfers started a bit shakey but after a brief conversation with the company the matter was dealt with promptly and professionally and the other 2 transfers was on time and kept in touch through WhatsApp. All our tours was amazing in Tromso with really great tour guides who go above and beyond to make sure your happy before the tour ends. Our second accommodation at Malangen Resort was peaceful with an amazing log burner and sauna premium Waterfront cabin which supplied us with a beautifull home base with stunning views, we had breakfast and evening meals included which was really varied but delicious evening meals, which you could changed and pay the difference on starter or main if you wasn't happy with the set meal plan and again breakfast was plenty of options and a choice of a full English. Our tours here (2) we done one and cancelled one due to the physical demand of the tour, which I've received half refund as my wife chose not to do as well as I couldn't participate. The tour guide and our tour was great with beautiful scenery, the staff again was out of this world and will do everything and anything for you. Ian at Best Served Scandinavia put our mind at ease so we could truly enjoy our time, tours, accommodation, scenery and the people in Tromso and Malangen Resort in Norway and would definitely use this company again and would 100% recommend to family and friends.

We wanted to see the Northern Lights...we did 7 nights, 7 chances to see them 9th Jan 24. We travelled from Tromso to Kirkenes via Havila and enjoyed the snow Hotel and gabber cabins. We saw the lights on 4 occasions,via excursions as they found the gaps in the cloud, so worth booking. There is a phone back number on the website and Rachel, at Best Served Scandinavia, rang me straight away and put together the perfect itinerary. She was very accommodating with all our changes too. The price was the most competitive and I tried 3 different companies. I highly recommend this company. Thank you very much P & G

I booked a trip through Best Served Scandinavia in Feb 2020, pre COVID! It was for my husbands 50th in Dec 2020 but of course was cancelled due to the pandemic. Charlie at Best Served kept in communication, swapped the holiday and activities over for me to Christmas 2021. The flights then changed and he swapped our dates without issue, then our hotel decided to shut so he moved us to the sister hotel. Despite all the problems, Best Served communicated with me at every turn and arranged a superb break for us that we returned from last week. It was the best holiday we've ever had. The trips, Aurora chase and husky sledding, were superbly run by friendly and informative professionals who look after you every step of the way, we had an experience of a lifetime and will definitely be re booking!
