Immediate response to my inquiry. Extremely professional. Looking forward to our stay there.
Although I had no trouble booking the 10 day trip next May, I was not able to charge the deposit through the website. However, after leaving a phone message requesting support on Saturday night, I received a call Sunday morning from a delightful lady who guided me through the payment process. Some sort of a 3rd party verification was needed, and it was easily completed.
I am a Travel Consultant and booked a client with your company in March of this year. It was such a great experience when I decided to go to Tuscany for 3 weeks your company is the first one I looked at. :)

Excellent experience from start to finish. Booking was easy, communication was prompt and professional, and everything went exactly as planned. We were extremely happy with To Tuscany and would definitely use them again for a future trip to Italy. Highly recommend!
