We had the most incredible week at Macatoo Camp in Botswana, all thanks to The Ultimate Travel Company. Louisa planned every detail meticulously, and everything ran seamlessly from start to finish. We can’t thank her enough for creating such a special trip. It truly was the holiday of a lifetime!

We had the most incredible trip in Peru and the whole thing was totally seamless from start to finish. The guides were all so friendly, knowledgeable and kind and we especially loved our 4 days in the Sacred Valley and Cusco with Fernando. He was such a lovely, gentle man and was so accommodating to any small changes that were made. He struck the perfect balance of giving lots of information about each place we visited but also knowing when to take a step back and simply take in our surroundings. We couldn’t speak more highly of Fernando! All of our transfers and drivers were amazing too, and we were never left waiting around for anyone- it was total luxury being picked up from each spot the minute we finished a tour. Each of the hotels we stayed in were perfect, and we especially loved our Hacienda Concepcion cabin in the jungle. We were woken at 5am one morning to the deafening sound of howler monkeys outside our cabin and it was truly amazing! We also loved the hotel in Cusco, it had such a lovely vibe about it and the food was really delicious! Jacob completely understood our brief about wanting a trip with lots of adventure, as we really aren’t people that can lie on a beach for two weeks. The quad biking and white water rafting were two of our favourite activities and of course getting to visit Machu Picchu twice was a once in a lifetime experience we’ll never forget! My husband and I have both said it was probably the best 2 weeks of our lives and Peru is one of our new favourite countries. It was a pleasure to work with Jacob and we’ll definitely be recommending the company to friends and family for future trips.

Our feet have only just touched the ground having been on a fantastical tour of India for 30 days. I approached three different companies to put an itinerary together but it was Ayesha at The Ultimate Travel Company that got my attention. We both had great expectations of this trip due to the detail given but our expectations were massively exceeded right from being met off the airport in Dehli to every hotel and overnight stay, every activity organised and the fabulous people that met us at each location. We honestly felt like royalty and people couldn't do enough to make our stay a memorable one. It was my birthday during the trip and the whole trip was organised to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We started in Delhi and then had a wonderful week on the Maharajas Express from Delhi visiting all the major cities with the final destination in Mumbai. We even got to see Tigers in the National Park in Ranthambore! Next major stop was in Mysore then on to Nagarhole National Park where we got to see another Tiger and a Leopard to boot although watching two elephants swim across the river was oh so special. Although our printed itinerary book held every detail with photos, I know Ayesha used her power to get us the very best accommodation and arriving at the Tranquil Coffee Plantation was where we were really wowed with a two night stay in an incredible tree house - we could have stayed there forever! Next stop Cochin and from there we travelled and stayed just one night on a houseboat. Another incredible experience! Our last two nights in India were spent on a small Island on the backwaters of Kerela at Philipkutty's Farm, what a great destination to finish up with. I actually shed a few tears when we said goodbye to our lovely driver Suniyappan who drove us to the airport at Cochin. We had been with him for 2 weeks and he was excellent, managing all our needs from one place to the next - what an asset! Our last week was spent at Coco Palm in the Maldives, a perfect quiet retreat to recover from our 3 amazing weeks in India and what a brilliantly chosen spot for us. Thank you for everything, you will certainly be my first choice for our next excursion and I WILL be recommending you to anyone that is looking to arrange a trip like this!

My husband and I had the most fabulous trip to South Africa courtesy of Cassie at The Ultimate Travel Company. Cassie put together an immaculate itinerary which included 7 different stays along the western Cape, concluding with a long dreamed of safari at Kwandwe Great Fish River Lodge. Every link from place to place was seamlessly organised, from airport meetings to car hire and carefully compiled driving instructions. The places we stayed at were incredible, and we couldn’t have been better looked after. Looking forward to our next trip!
