Stayed at SaoRafael villas - Portugal Whilst the first experience was better the recent one was not The reception staff were great but a lot to improve on particularly food services at the reception point. You must be prepared to travel to local expensive restaurants if staying around the area and if not keen on cooking.

Excellent company overall. From booking through to being onsite the service received was brilliant. Definitely a high recommendation if you are looking for a villa.

Great communication from start to finish. We hired a villa in Albufeira and our rep Tina was very helpful and arranged a late check out for us which we all appreciated. The villa was central to both old town and the strip and we enjoyed our family holiday.

We stayed at Casa Blanca Villa, Vale de Lobo, between 28th June and 5th July 2025. A really good customer service experience and Richard, our rep, was great. Villa is just beautiful with a good location, great pool and very well maintained. Just the one thing stopping it from being five stars is the fact that there was a big construction site behind the property, which I feel we should have been made aware of. I understand that strictly construction is not allowed in July and August in VDL, but seems like rules aren’t well followed and this should be made clear when booking so close to construction. Everything else brilliant.

Had a great villa holiday in Val Do Logo through Sun Hat Villas. They honoured a cancelled 2020 booking and it was everything we hoped for. Stayed at Villa Gabriella which was fabulous, the rep Charlie was so helpful, the company are professional, good contact and you can actually talk to a person! Highly recommend.
