Products are very good! Had a great experience with Harve de Luxe! Excellent customer service and very helpful throughout the process. The only thing holding me back from ordering again is the shipping—it takes almost 3 weeks to arrive. Hopefully, shipping can be improved in the future. I had ordered some handbag protectors they arrived on the hottest day and somehow didn’t come on right due to the heat . They instantly unsterstood my frustration and sent me a replacement . I love the protectors . The luxury ones are amazing . I wish I had protected all my bags after purchasing them but I’m definitely going to do so in the future .thanks again

These products work wonders! I have a special edition LV clutch in Vachetta leather that I would have NEVER used and the water stain guard gave it a whole new lease on life. It’s darkening beautifully with no spots. The cleaner is beyond fabulous and you can tell they have out R&D into each product.

I bought a pre owned vintage Louis Vuitton Speedy in Monogram canvas and thought it would be easy for me to remove the pen stains from the inside myself, it didn’t go well! I used a chemical ink remover which didn’t get the stain out but I then found white marks on the outside, I then thought that these white stains on the front would simply wipe off with white spirit! I know what was I thinking right! I searched the web and came across Havre de luxe. I sent them a message on WhatsApp, explaining what I had done, they gave me advice and suggested things that may help but not necessarily from them and they came across as genuinely wanting to help rather than selling me something. I tried what they advised and it looked better but I couldn’t live with it and sold it on losing over £800 in the process! I bought one of the kits and used it on some of my dry bags and not only does it work, it smells really nice! Again, I messaged them and asked what the best thing to do to avoid any damage to the vachetta and they advised me to use the repellant from the kit I bought, this would protect it from water stains whilst still allowing it to darken over time which is exactly what I wanted. So before I even tried the bag on, I protected every piece of the leather inside and out and allowed it to dry before I would even take it out of the house. It may seem strange doing something like this to a brand new bag but when you pay so much for them you want to look after int and once the vachetta is damaged there’s no going back. I can now confidently use it the way it was intended without worrying about the leather staining. My bag still looks like it has just come out of the box but I have peace of mind!

Hello! I just wanted to share that the strap of my Hermès Evelyne got stained with hot chocolate. Thankfully, I always carry your wipes with me, so I decided to use one—and poof, the stain came off right away! I was so impressed. 🤍
