I try to ensure I have saved enough of my Carers allowance so that I can purchase multiple products at the same time, mostly for myself, but I do also buy B12 for my partner. I find that the website is easy to use and payment also. I always get my products the next day and I order during the working week. I have mailed British Supplements for advice in the past and received a really informative email in return which helped me decide what to take supplement wise. One supplement I am taking, Mega Magnesium, I am taking to aid sleep. Since taking it I have noticed that the dupuytren's disease lump I have in my right hand has reduced. I was only diagnosed less than a year ago but there has been a definate shrinkage of the lump. I can only speak of my own experience but some details I have found in the dupuytrens community suggest magnesium can aid symptomes along with other supplements (I do also take collagen). I hope to be able to continue to afford purchasing from British Supplements as I really do feel that all products I am taking are aiding me in various ways. I feel the monies paid are worth it for absolutely top quality clean supplements.

I take the saw palmatum daily and find it at least as effective as prescription drugs.

I have been using British Supplements for 5 months now, previous to this I was getting my supplements from a reliable source online who were unfortunately taken over by a global company, so I pulled the plug, no longer trusting their products for obvious reasons. I had been on prescription medications for years, and had various nasty side affects, 5 years ago I quit all medications and it was the best decision ever. I use magnesium glycinate, vitamin d3 and vitamin c and turmeric. I cant praise these products highly enough! I always used magnesium glycinate for sleep, its amazing the good quality sleep I'm having. vitamin d3 and vitamin c for mood, which has considerably improved and turmeric for arthritis and plantar fasciitis, a game changer, inflammation markers have decreased considerably, therefore my pain has decreased. Going down the natural root has improved my quality of life remarkably,, I cant stress this enough. British supplements are the real deal and long my they continue to uphold their reputation and values.
