Ok at first, I was so mad and disappointed because it took a month before the perfume arrives. But when it arrived, oooohh very close to the original and to be honest performs even better. High quality perfumes!Looking forward for my to ordering my next batch!

I got the three pack for $99. The Executive which was amazing, Shadow leather which was also great although very strong and Reality which was a major let down. The Reality bottle not only just smelled of rubbing alcohol but was also leaking from the bottle which is probably why it didn't have a great smell to it being exposed to the elements during shipment. The Executive I would highly recommend. Overall I'll try more scents.

Just happened to come across this website and I’m SO glad I did. The perfumes were amazing. I got 3 for $90. One of which was a mystery fragrance and it smells so so good. The perfumes are long lasting and aren’t over powering. Also really love that they’re cruelty free! Will definitely be ordering from here again!

I ordered on their website. The three for $99 deal. One of the fragrances doesn't last and I can't return. I have to order another and pay for shipping if I'd like an even exchange. To also make this worse, one of the spray heads of the perfumes doesn't work. I reached out to customer service, they said they'd send another, and it's been three weeks and nothing has arrived. Will never order from here again.

I must said that I was skeptical about how good ALT will be. I can say that everything is great! All the way: ordering, communications about shipment, quality of product, the fragrance is so close to original and their customer service! So happy about my purchase.

BEWARE: I feel like I was scammed twice. In my opinion, this is one of the worst fragrance purchases I have ever made, and I would strongly recommend that others avoid it. Not only does the ‘fragrance’ smell like almost nothing, even after multiple sprays, but it also does not last at all — even for someone with a very sensitive nose. On top of that, the return process feels like a scam: you are required to ship the item back at your own expense, only to receive store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method. This effectively forces you to spend more money with a company you may no longer trust. ‘Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.’

I was a faithful customer for a while and was really happy with it. Well I made a purchase and never got delivered, email get answered by AI same response every single time. There is no phone number to call so basically ALT. Fragrances stole from me since there is no reshipment nor refund. So buyer beware.

Warning! They won’t give you your money back. They will only give you store credit. A friend of mine liked the fragrance she bought from ALT. and suggested that I buy a knock-off of one of the Tom Ford scents. Instead of buying one to see if I liked it, I bought three additional scents for my husband. EVERY bottle smelled like cheap perfume/cologne. I seriously had a headache after smelling each one. I don’t want a store credit since I don’t like their products! I didn’t bother to read the return policy before purchasing, so that is on me. Maybe someone can learn from my mistake, and buy only one at a time. I think it’s shady when companies don’t provide a customer service phone number. I emailed them, but they didn’t answer my questions. They replied with a half answer. I followed up for clarification and they didn’t respond.
