Lovely coffee
I placed an order and never received the beans. I have contacted customer support multiple times and no reply. Wont recommend wasting your money here
The branding and customer service of Hard Lines is impeccable. The coffee is perfect for my taste: creamy, mild and tastes like coffee without any particular flavour overpowering the cup. The stickers are a joyful little extra that brightens my day!
Had to order online as we went to the Roastery and were ignored when pressing the doorbell. Had to add a sticker pack to my order to get free delivery, delivery can take a little on the long side so plan ahead. Stickers and coffee top notch though, really enjoyed the supacabra
Super speedy delivery, really reasonable prices and the blends we were shipped are delicious and have a really recent roast date so are really fresh. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing coffee, great service, and continue to shine a light on farmers across the globe, whilst expanding my palette. What more could you ask for? My only criticism is that it’s made me realise how shit other coffee tastes now 😂

Delicious coffee everytime. I have never been able to choose tasty coffee from a supermarket so I’m so glad my son introduced me to Hard Lines. Subscription is very fair and deliveries are always prompt. Interesting information included with each pack delivered.
