I am so pleased with this teddy, its absolutely gorgeous, the quality , stitching, minor details are second to none. Arrived boxed in perfect condition, packaged well. communication was great. Well done to the small team of ladies that make these. You are all truly talented. These gifts are adorable for the young & old. If you want a special teddy this is the company to buy from, and so many little characters to choose from (i bought teddy with pompom hat/brown dungarees) just adorable, I recommend this company 👌🥰

I purchased sunflowers for my sons girlfriend and was truly delighted with them, being quite artistic myself i appreciate all handcrafts and work that goes into them. What i didnt expect was how lovely the packing was it only added to the gift making it look expensive Thanks once again 😊

I purchased a bear on 31/1/25 which was advertised with the one button, it wasn't until I showed several people they thought one button was missing (this is the way it is advertised and I bought it knowing that) but understood what they meant, I asked Joy of London if I could have another button as I should of ordered the one with two buttons my mistake, they so kindly sent me out two buttons and I can't thank them enough for there understanding. Thank you and I will order again without a doubt when the time arises.
