Excellent service and great products.
I've had a dainty rocks silver bracelet for years, but it was now too big and needed making smaller. I contacted Diane, sent it back with my new measurement and within less than a week it had been altered, cleaned and sent back looking like new and fitted perfectly. Great service and a great product.
Fantastic customer service from Di and her team. I have ordered from them numerous times and even sent back my jewellery for cleaning and restringing. Any questions I have are always answered promptly and the items are always packaged so nicely
My Husband purchased me the Birthstone Bracelet, Dainty Mum Bracelet Family Birthstones for me as a mum to be. It is the most lovely gift i have ever had. It has mine, my husband and our baby to be birthstone on. I absolutely love it and wear it everyday!! Its very hard wearing and excellently made. My husband has said how great the communication was with Diane, who made the order really quickly, purchased Sunday and was shipped by Tuesday.Excellent service would recommend. I love my bracelet.
