Step-by-step
1. Export Loox data
- Loox admin → Settings → Export
- Choose "All reviews" + "Include photos/videos"
- Download CSV (large stores may take 10–30 min)
2. Sign up for Rated Stores (free tier).
3. Claim your Shopify domain as a company profile.
4. Import the CSV via the migrate-reviews tool. System auto-maps Loox columns and imports media URLs.
5. Reconnect external sources if you have them — Google, Etsy, Facebook etc.
6. Replace the widget
