NO response from the company, I have been trying to return the blanket I bought from them online, but no-one is responding. I have emailed, raised a return claim in my account, send Whatsapp messages, there is simply no response. I will now be raising my claim via credit card provider trying to get my refund. Don't buy from this company, these are not professionals.

Really pleased with my long sheepskin chair pads and a really great price. Really lovely quality and arrived on time! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I initially didn't receive any confirmation and couldn't get through to the company. However, Nisha then phoned herself and explained the problems they'd had with both email and phones - all on the same platform. Lovely hand written note from her also. Id say they are a genuine small company and they are lovely people.

Updated 5/12/2024 - This issue has now been resolved and I have received a full refund. Updated 17/11/24 - returned item in august after Wildash agreeing to refund but charge me a restocking fee. They now have the goods back and have not refunded. Have ignored the last 5 emails. Did here back a couple of times late August stating refund was being processed and and then silence again. Ordered a sheep skin yoga matt for my wifes birthday. After 6 weeks I asked for a refund as the order still hadn't arrived. Request was ignored. After 7 weeks the matt finally arrives. They had genuine and personal reasons for the lack of communication from when I received the goods up until a month ago, which I can sympathise with (my first review I deleted for this reason). It is the 7 week wait, requests at 6 weeks for a refund, being ignored, now being blocked by their what's app number and ghosted on email which is unacceptable. The Matt was not cheap and the service has been awful.

The package didn't arrive within the stipulated time. I contacted them via WhatsApp and phone, but I didn't receive a response. Finally, I was able to contact the owner of the place via Google Maps chat. They were able to solve the shipping issue without any problems, and it was delivered on the same day.

Amazing colour, almost like an ombre effect and so soft to the touch. Very dense pile, making it really comfortable to sit on for Kundalini Yoga practice. Looks great in the on-line picture but much better in real life. Very, very happy with my purchase

My sheepskin rug is beautiful and arrived quickly rolled up in a lovely cotton bag. It is now laying over the bottom of my bed frame and looks gorgeous.

In conjunction with a good brush the spray softened an old matted sheepskin, bringing back the fine pile and freshened it up very well. A little goes a long way so don't over spray it.

Used brush with lanolin spray and worked a treat to freshen up sheepskin. Spray leaves a faint but pleasant aroma. Delivery was slow but can't blame wildash for evri's failures
