I’ve been playing golf for years but never really flushed my iron shots. I was skeptical at first but the Divot mat pro has honestly helped me spot where I’m going wrong. After just a few sessions I’m already hitting it cleaner and feel more confident on the course, especially on Par 3s. It’s solid, still looks great now even after some intense sessions, and lets me get proper practice at home without tearing up the carpet or garden (the wife loves that bit). Wish I’d found this sooner!!

Just to say I love it, really helps me understand my weaknesses and improve, and I use it at home when bored or excited about golf lol. Great quality product!

I ordered a Divot Board Pro and unfortunately the Courier Company returned the product back to their depot having claimed to have contacted me. I immediately engaged with Golf Gaffer Support and have to say that it is without doubt the best Customer service i have ever received! James, who managed the whole problem from beginning to end, was so professional and courteous with me despite my being very direct and frustrated with the issue. He gave me Rolls Royce standard updates and got a replacement product out to me immediately. I had a similar experience recently where the product didn't turn up at all and the Customer Support Team of that company were very rude about it. Thanks so much James, you are a true professional!!

Very good product to use when your swing isn’t quite working as you’d like. Helps to correct your swing path. Could just do with some way to stop the mat from moving on thick grass surface.

Firstly, although this is better at staying still than other similar products, it doesn't fully stay still. I tried putting "Anti Slip Tape for Decking" on the back and placed it on my Hitting Mat, and on the Grass. There's still way too much movement, that I have to adjust it after each strike, which gets monotonous quick. The best way I have found to reduce movement to an acceptable level was to put the "Anti Slip Tape” on my flooring. This allows it to stay still for 3 to 5 strikes before requiring readjusting. Now some positives. I found I’ve got used to the matt now. After around ~500 strikes I’m getting more consistent with hitting the ground after where the ball should be. I’ve not checked my Angle of Attack yet, but along with other coaching, it’s slowly improving. I’m getting virtually zero fat/duffs. Now when I do hit it fat, I’m even more disappointed than previously, as that’s exactly what I’m endeavouring to eradicate. The phots shown are after 1045 strikes. I hit the matt more than once before I reset it, but I’m hitting it in different places to try and make it last longer. 4000 strikes to go.

This is a fantastic training tool to improve your strike, and the quality of the product is fantastic! Certainly worth a go if you’re struggling with your impact!

As a mid-handicap golfer always looking to improve my ball striking, the GG Divot Mat has been a game-changer. It gives instant feedback on my swing path, helping me spot where I’m going wrong and correct it on the spot. The durability is impressive, even after plenty of use, and it’s a great tool for home practice, especially when the weather’s rubbish. If you’re serious about improving your strike and consistency, this is a no-brainer!

After having so many of these I thought this would be just another similar aid… but I was so wrong!! The build quality and material, feel, everything for this may just hits different. We already know this is the best training aid for fatting/ swing path/ and really drilling in your swing so it’s a must have for a golfer, but now it’s such a hugeeee bonus that y out can get this top quality one that will last you ages and looks good enough to gift it too!!

Great training device, giving real time data. Helped me when competing on some European tour events and would highly recommend for those avid golfers. My kids loved it too! Matt swig golf

Just want to thank Golf Gaffer for this year providing the winners of the Proper Golf Series events with a Divot Mat Pro. If you have not tried these yet I highly recommend you getting one. You can practice with this anywhere. It’s the best product I’ve seen for quality & durability and also at a very affordable price. Everybody needs a Golf Gaffer !!!

I bought the GolfGaffer as my golf is pretty poor, and I need any advantage I can get. I saw the GolfGaffer being demonstrated on a YouTube channel, and thought it looked like it could be hugely beneficial. I was right. When I attended my golf lesson, I mentioned that I’d just bought it to the pro, half expecting him to deride it as a gimmick. On the contrary, he said it was a great idea, and could I bring it along for my next lesson. I duly did, and it was utilised for each and every swing. It proved to be hugely successful, as not only did it help me begin to dial in my swing, it was also a huge boon to the pro. He was able to use it to reinforce just exactly what my club path looked like, and the effect it was having upon the ball. Consequently, he could then offer advice, and obtain instant feedback. He’s now asked me to bring it along for all of my remaining lessons. Regarding the quality, the box is a thing of beauty. Feels almost like a presentation box. The mat itself is reassuringly rugged, with the rubber backing having a very solid, weighty feel. The sequins display an absolute path, and fully encourage one to take a divot. Something which I had struggled with before now. If I were to have a very slight criticism, it is that some of the sequins flip over and display the wrong side occasionally. I guess this is inevitable, given that there are thousands of them, and it’s not the end of the world. Just my OCD kicking in. All in all, the best golf aid I’ve bought to date, apart from a net. Highly recommended!

Used it for the first time the other day and was impressed... Although when you brushed the mat back some of green matting had come away showing silver bits...

I was hesitant about the Divot Mat Pro at first and took my time researching before buying one. After nearly two months of use at home and at the range, I can confidently say it's worth every penny. Great craftsmanship from the box to the mat. The feedback is frustratingly accurate and does help my swing progress with no false hope like from range mats. If you're on the fence, don't hesitate – just buy it. It's truly the best out there.
