My wife and I had an appointment at the workshop this week – after arranging it at very short notice. The Impulse motor in our Kalkhoff bike had stopped working again. The problem was fixed quickly and inexpensively, and the new motor is great. There are companies that do what they can, and then there are those that really know what they're doing. Everything was perfect here: the service, the advice, the professional and personal expertise, and all at a very reasonable price. 👍👍👍👍👍

Very friendly contact. I ordered today in southern Bavaria around noon and the goods were delivered by DHL the next day. The price for my Schwalbe tires was very good. What more could I want? I can only recommend them. I will definitely order again if needed. Thank you.

We've ordered bike parts online countless times. Now, FTZ Shop is a new addition to our shopping list. We highly recommend them; delivery was prompt and the price was absolutely fair. Avoid this company at all costs... I placed an order for two pieces for my Kalkhoff bike, but only one arrived. This kind of mistake can happen — a packing error or a transport issue — but the worst part is that I tried to contact the company by email and got no response. I also reached out via WhatsApp, and again, no one replied — even though they’ve read my messages. It’s really disappointing because I trusted this company, and now I feel like they’ve stolen my money. I’ll have to file a complaint through consumer protection.
