I bought a gift from them 2 months ago and still haven't received it, and for the past weeks I have been trying to get an answer on where my order is not a single response. I paid almost $100 and have been waiting for this; such bad customer service no response to emails or chats, can't even track it myself with the app they provide. Just a total mess. Don't waste your money or time! Save yourself a headache!!!!!

When I opened my package, it came in a beautiful dark green bag, and it felt heavy. When I opened it and saw the bracelet (which I had gotten something engraved in a different language) I was extremely satisfied with the quality. The writing I asked for on the bracelet which was in a different language is spelt differently on google to how it is in real life , so seeing that it was done properly was highly satisfactory.
