  • AI features — summary, reply assistant, fake-review detection.
  • Public profile page at ratedstores.com/reviews/yourstore ranks independently for branded searches.
  • Pricing typically 40–60% less for equivalent feature tier.

What you might miss

  • Reviews.io's UK reviewer pool consumer recognition — newer brand for end customers
  • Some Reviews.io enterprise features (custom moderation queue tiers)

FAQ

Q: Does Google Seller Ratings break during the switch? A: Brief gap (24–48h) while the feed swap propagates through Google Merchant Center. Schedule the cutover during low-traffic period.

Q: Will my Trustbox-style widget look the same? A: Rated Stores has matching widget styles. Pick type: "trust-box" for visual parity.

Q: What about Google Customer Reviews (the in-Google post-purchase survey)? A: Separate Google product, not affected by switching review platforms.
