Used a website called not on the high street and this company was on there and wanted a 21st birthday gift. Tried contacting them and all I got was some RM page link that says update as soon as. They took my money and no goods. Would not trust or use them again

If I had known they would use the worst delivery company Evri I would never have ordered from them. Never received 9 days after ordering. Cannot believe sending to the UK can take so long and apparently still at the senders local depot according to the tracking. I wanted this for a special occasion and no pointless. Oakdene should not make promises for delivery that they know Evri can't fulfil!

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered an aniversary gift expected for 25th may bearing in mind was ordered on 17th may with express. I emailed them on 24th may and didn't get back to me until 27th may to say email apparently went to their spam. They promised next day delivery and 10% off, still got neither. Stay well clear of this company they ruin guests occasions
